Mild side effects of phentermine can be any of the following: tremors, headache, itching, constipation, nervousness, unpleasant taste in your mouth, trouble sleeping, diarrhea, feeling anxious, dry mouth, and dizziness. There is no need to report them to your health care provider unless they get bothersome. More serious side effects are likely and can include: heart palpitations, dizziness, insomnia, shortness of breath, dizziness, restlessness, tremor, chest pain, swelling of the legs and ankles, and increased blood pressure.
